The "fat hearing" that occurs after insulation can be divided into the following situations:
1. Conduct another 37 ℃, 7-day insulation test on the "fat hearing" that occurs after the canned food is insulated. If the degree of obesity increases, it may be due to microbial obesity, and the can should be opened for examination;
After the second insulation at 37 ℃ for 7 days, the degree of fat hearing remained unchanged, which may be chemical fat hearing;
After the second insulation at 37 ℃ for 7 days, the fat hearing disappeared, which may be physical fat hearing.
When these three situations cannot be determined, they should be treated as microbial obesity. There is leakage in the flattened container, perforation, air leakage, juice leakage, microbial obesity in the rusted container, metallic smell in the container contents, severe peeling of the inner wall coating, and decay of the contents. Canned food with these conditions should no longer be consumed.
